Track your order
See your order status, tracking and returns in one place.
Sign in with the email you used at checkout. You will receive a one-time code by email, with no password needed. This works for guest orders too.
What each status means
- Order confirmed: we have received your order. Cash on Delivery orders may get a quick confirmation call.
- Packed and shipped: your parcel is with our delivery partner. You will receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
- Out for delivery: the courier will contact you on the phone number you gave at checkout.
- Delivered: please check your items within 48 hours and report any damage from your order page.
Expected delivery is within 5 days across the UAE. Delivery is AED 10, and free on orders of AED 149 or more.
Need to return or cancel?
Open the order in My orders and choose Request return. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. See our Return and Refund Policy.
