Shopping for a whole setup, like a home office corner, a car care kit or a travel bag that has everything, usually means a lot of tabs, a lot of guessing and a few things forgotten. That's why we built Aura Studio, a new space on NexuraCart that helps you plan the full setup, not just the first item.

What you'll find in Aura Studio

1. Ask Nexta, your AI shopping guide

Nexta is our AI shopping assistant. Tell Nexta your budget and what you need, or add a photo of what you're looking for, and Nexta builds a step-by-step guide using products from our store. Try requests like:

• A home office corner under AED 300, white and wood style
• A car care kit under AED 150
• Travel essentials under AED 200
• Gift ideas under AED 100

Nexta is for customers in the UAE. To chat, sign in to your NexuraCart account and add your UAE mobile number (+971). Each day you get 4 chats, with 3 messages and 1 photo per chat. Photos are used only for your answer and are not stored. Nexta is an AI assistant and can make mistakes, so prices and delivery are always confirmed at checkout.

2. Budget Builder

Not sure where to start? Enter your budget, pick a category, and the Budget Builder suggests a bundle that fits. It's the quickest way to see what a complete setup could look like before you spend a dirham.

3. Shop by category, with tips

Pick a department, then a category. Each one comes with quick tips on how to use and organise your items, so you know what you're buying and how to get the most from it. You'll find our full range here, from office and school supplies to car care, home organisation, electronics, personal care and fragrance.

4. Step-by-step setup guides

Need ideas? Our setup guides cover rooms, trips and everyday moments. Add single items, or add the whole setup to your cart in one tap.

5. Can't find it? Request it

If what you need isn't in our range yet, you can send us a request from Aura Studio. Some items are sourced specially for you and are marked Special order or International order. Each one shows its own expected delivery time on the product page and at checkout, and they may arrive in a separate parcel. These items follow our Special Order Items Policy, so please check the description and size before ordering.

How to buy with Aura Studio: step by step

1. Open Aura Studio. Go to Aura Studio from our store menu or this link.
2. Decide what you're setting up and your budget. For example: "a study desk for my child, under AED 250". A clear budget gives you better suggestions.
3. Pick how you want to start.
   • Know your budget? Use the Budget Builder.
   • Want personal suggestions or have a photo? Ask Nexta (sign in first).
   • Want ideas? Browse the setup guides.
   • Already know the item type? Use Shop by category.
4. Review the suggestions. Open each product to check the size, colour, what's in the box and the expected delivery time. Remove anything you already have.
5. Add to cart. Add single items, or add a whole setup in one tap from a guide.
6. Check your cart. Look for any Special order or International order labels. These have their own delivery time and no change-of-mind returns.
7. Check out and pay. Choose card, Tabby or cash on delivery where shown. Your final price and delivery fee are confirmed here.
8. Track your order. Use our Track your order page or your account. Cancellations and return requests are made from your order page.

Smart buying tips

• Plan the full setup first. Writing down everything you need, then buying together, means fewer forgotten items and fewer deliveries.
• Get free delivery. UAE delivery is free from AED 149, so bundling a setup in one order often saves the AED 10 fee.
• Measure before you buy. For organisers, stands and storage, check the space you have against the product size.
• Leave a little room in your budget. Keeping 10–15% spare lets you add small extras like cables, refills or cleaning cloths.
• Read the label. Own-stock items come with our 7-day return policy. Special order items follow the Special Order Items Policy.
• Spread the cost. For bigger setups, Tabby lets you split your payment where available.

Delivery and payment

• Delivery: expected delivery within 5 days across the UAE for items from our own stock. Special and international order items show their own estimate.
• Delivery fee: AED 10 on orders under AED 149, and free UAE delivery from AED 149.
• Payment: pay by card, Tabby (split your payment) or cash on delivery where shown.
