How to use Nexta

Nexta is NexuraCart’s AI shopping guide. Share your needs, budget and preferences to get product suggestions and step-by-step setup ideas.

1. Sign in to NexuraCart

Open Aura Studio and select Sign in to chat. Enter your email and the verification code sent by Shopify, or choose Continue with Shop and follow its sign-in steps. Return to the Ask Nexta section after signing in.

2. Add your UAE mobile number if requested

Nexta is currently available to customers with a UAE mobile number. It checks the phone number in your customer profile and saved delivery addresses.

1. Open your NexuraCart account.
2. Select Profile, then add or edit a delivery address.
3. Save your own UAE mobile number. Format example: +971 52 811 7692 (NexuraCart’s contact number; enter your own number in your account).
4. Return to Ask Nexta and select Check again if shown, or refresh the page.

If a valid UAE mobile number is already saved, you can continue directly.

3. Tell Nexta what you need

Describe your space or the item you are looking for. Include your budget in AED and useful preferences such as size, colour or style.

4. Add a photo if helpful

Select Add a photo to help explain your space or what you need, then select Ask Nexta. Avoid including private information in your photo.

5. Review the suggestions

Read the suggested products and setup steps. Check each product’s title, price and delivery details before adding items to your cart. Prices and delivery are confirmed at checkout.

Daily chat allowance

You can use 4 chats per day, with 3 messages and 1 photo per chat. Select New chat when available to start another conversation.

If Nexta asks for a UAE number after you have saved one, refresh the page and check the number’s country code. If you cannot access Nexta, try the Budget Builder or email contact@nexuracart.com.
